REFUND POLICY
DEPOSITS
Cancellations with
More than 30 days 100% Refund less $10.00 Administration Fee
Less than 30 days but more than 15 days 50% Refund
Less 15 days No Refund unless rebooked with a booking for same duration.
Deposits may be transferred once up to twelve months from date of booking to another reservation for the same person. Not transferable to another party.
RESERVATIONS
Cancellation of holiday plans due to a change of plans or circumstances, business commitments etc may result in a refund of monies paid if we rebook the site or unit for full period of reservation.
A refund of the balance of monies paid may be issued for cancellation of a reservation upon receipt of appropriate documentation eg doctors certificate etc.
